I again had a bag of chestnut for breakfast on the bus today, then fell asleep until I got out the bus. I didn’t get my lovely stamp from Ava Chan today though I did go to both morning and afternoon sections of TQ practise.
Dad ate my apple last night so I can have nothing brought for lunch today, and so I bought a soyjoy bar in parknshop near school.
Whole soy is a bean and can be consumed whole or ground into a flour. It’s minimally processed so it retains most of its nutrients, like protein and fiber. It also has omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, which are an essential part of your diet, as well as vitamins and minerals.
Every SOYJOY® bar begins with high-quality, non-genetically modified whole soybeans. Unlike other soy products that use highly processed soy protein isolates, the whole soy ground into every SOYJOY® bar keeps the rich fiber and heart-healthy soy nutrients intact.
I bought the chocolate chips bar for $8 while $15 can actually give me two, but I am not sure I would like their apple flavor, or banana bread, or apricot bar, or raisin and almond.
I felt so fulfilling until six thirty to cut my favorite large orange after my total failure in chinese examination. I think the soyjoy bars are worth eating though they contains both white sugar and butter, I really have no feeling of hunger for the whole afternoon.
